Shoreland Country Club is a Semi-Private, 18 hole golf course located in Saint Peter, Minnesota.
The course first opened for play in 1925.
Shoreland offers much more than just great golf. This course is tucked away in the bluffs above the Minnesota River Valley and on the shores of Lake Emily. The back nine is older and has lots of mature trees. It's well-bunkered throughout, holes where you have to shape the shot off the tee through some tight, tree-lined fairways. This extremely hilly course features tree-lined fairways, plus small and fast greens. It's a short, par 69 course with two sets of tees. From the back tees, the course plays to 5575 yards. From the forward tees, the course measures 5,066 yards. The longest hole on the course is # 15, a par-5 that plays to 528 yards. The shortest hole on the course is # 17, a par-3 that plays to 110 yards from the back tees.
Watch out for # 15, a 528-yard par-5 challenge, and the #1 handicap hole on the course. The easiest hole is # 8, a 133 yard par-3. Fun course all around, scenic, and at a reasonable greens fee. If you're a long hitter and keep it in the fairways, you can go low here. The signature hole is #10, a 215-yard, par 3.
